I am simultaneously the starriest-eyed idealist and the bitterest of cynics—a paradox I embrace fully.
I feel everything in extremes, which is why I seek balance in how I move through life.
To me, a truly aligned life is built on Clarity, Alignment, and Celebration—seeing things as they are, aligning with what feels right, and honoring every step of the journey.

I believe that everything is power, and power has the capacity to both create and destroy. My role is to acknowledge its duality and navigate it wisely. This perspective shapes everything I do, from personal growth to the way I engage with the world.
​I also hold a deep conviction that everything that can happen has already happened—that all information exists, waiting to be accessed.
To me, The Universe is always speaking; it’s just a matter of whether I choose to listen and interpret its messages accurately. This is why I never dismiss unconventional sources of wisdom—whether astrology, numerology, or manifestation. To me, they are simply mediums for data to reach me, tools for uncovering deeper truths.

OUR NAME
EMPOWERED SOLITUDE
Our name represents the grit required to crawl through the shards of our own brokenness.
​
It represents the hundreds of “Day Ones" we put ourselves through because self-discipline truly is the purest form of self-love.
​
Empowered Solitude is the acceptance and understanding that we will start again, over and over as many times as it takes to accomplish our every ideal because even if it rarely feels like it, we're so damn worthy.
OUR COLOURS
BLACK has always been my favourite colour, even as a child so this was a no-brainer.
I have a hypothesis as to why too.
I grew up in an emotionally turbulent house so my favourite time of the day was in the stillness of the night when everyone was fast asleep.
I’d lay in bed wide awake, lost in my thoughts, and I guess I naturally associated the silent cloak of darkness with peace.

I visited an energy healer when I was 19 who mentioned that my “aura colours” were PURPLE with green swirls.
I don’t know if aura colours are real or if they change over time and if so I don’t know what colours they’d be right now.
I pour so much of my heart and soul into Empowered Solitude, it’s a lovely nod to the supposed colours of my spirit.
OUR LOGO
The Empowered Solitude Unalome was designed with 3 loops to represent the gifts of wisdom brought through our past, present and future.

The lines toward each loop is slightly tapered to represent being “squeezed” into learning what needs to be learned because no matter how hard we try to run away from our problems, our most profound lessons oftentimes come through our most painful experiences.
​
I chose just one dot to represent the be-all and end-all of enlightenment.
